NASA announcement: After ‘Anonymous’ claims Space Agency is about to CONFIRM Aliens Exist

NASA has released a statement after a video reportedly produced by hactivist group Anonymous said the US space agency was about to reveal that intelligent aliens exist.

The Anonymous video about NASA was a hoax.
The official comments, however, will upset alien chasers who had hoped there had been a real disclosure made by the hactivists.
Laurie Cantillo, NASA Lead Communications Specialist, said in a statement to Fox News: "While we’re excited about the latest findings from NASA’s Kepler space observatory, there’s no pending announcement regarding extraterrestrial life.
"For years NASA has expressed interest in searching for signs of life beyond Earth.
"We have a number of science missions that are moving forward with the goal of seeking signs of past and present life on Mars and ocean worlds in the outer solar system.
"While we do not yet have answers, we will continue to work to address the fundamental question, ‘are we alone?’”
It was reported yesterday that Anonymous had announced: "NASA says aliens are coming!"
The emergence of the video made headlines across the globe yesterday.
However, worse still, the video was a hoax, and not even a genuine Anonymous video.
The video was made by YouTube channel Anonymous Global, which has made itself look like the YouTube account of the genuine hactivist group, famed for its hacks on official authorities, and its Million Mask Marches across the globe.
Anonymous has previously said there are many other people claiming to be part of the group who are not.
The video based its assertion on a recent meeting of the US Science Space and Technology Committee.
It was there that Professor Thomas Zurbuchen, associate administrator for the Science Mission Directorate, said the world was "on the verge of making one of the most profound, unprecedented, discoveries in history".
But Mr Zurbuchen's genuine remarks had been publicly made and previously reported.
He was referring to the space agency's expectations of finding simple microorganisms of alien life somewhere in the solar system over the next few decades.

Planet X to 'Hit Earth in OCTOBER’

PLANET X is approaching our solar system and will wipe out life as we know it, according to conspiracy theorists.

The mysterious object, otherwise known as Nibiru, is allegedly due to enter the solar system in October 2017 and will wreak havoc on our galactic neighbourhood.
Paranormal researchers believe Planet X is so large an affect on our solar system is already taking place as it supposedly counters the sun’s gravitational pull.
Conspiracy theorists believe it is difficult to spot due to the angle in which the huge mass is approaching Earth – towards the South Pole.
As the planet approaches it is expected to interfere with Earth, pulling it slightly off its axis, which would result in severe earthquakes and storms.
Planet X 'to hit Earth in October'
The conspiracy theory really picked up traction when Brazilian senator Telmario Mota told fellow parliamentarians that he had inside knowledge that Planet X is on its way.
He said: “I got information from reliable sources at NASA, which I trust. NASA is aware of the approach of Planet X or, as it is also called ‘Nibiru’.
Planet X is believed to be on the edge of the solar system
“The world as we knew it will soon cease to exist. The history of human civilisation will soon end.
“Planet-X already has an impact on the gravitational field of the Earth, the world is already facing natural disasters of unprecedented strength, very soon two-thirds of humanity will die of hunger and disease, and powerful disasters will shake the planet and our civilisation will die.”
Planet X, otherwise known as Nibiru
YouTube conspiracy theory channel AMTV agrees and says that the elite have been preparing for this event for decades.
Christopher Greene of AMTV says: “Elon Musk is digging underground and blasting off to space, so is Amazon founder Jeff Bezos through Blue Origin.
“Stephen Hawking is warning of the end of the world, he says if we don¹t get off the planet in the next 100 years, we’ll all be dead.
“Bill Gates is warning and through his rhetoric and messaging, basically telling the American people and global citizens that close to a third or two thirds of the population could be wiped out if they don’t take vaccines.”

Scientist Claims: ‘We’re Not Alone’ There's a Huge Cover-up

EXTRATERRESTRIALS are here on Earth and the truth about them will soon be known, a scientist has claimed.

Stanton Friedman is convinced aliens are already here on Earth.
Stanton Friedman, a nuclear physicist, who worked on classified projects for for US defence contractors across 14 years in the 1950s and 1960s, believes the truth about a global cover up over the existence of aliens will soon be exposed, and it will have a positive effect on the world.
Mr Friedman, who has investigated the UFO mystery for more than 50 years and was the first civilian investigator of the infamous 1947 Roswell UFO crash unsolved case, revealed his thoughts in a new book compiled by author Miguel Mendonca.
The book, called We Are the Disclosure - Part I, tells the stories of a string of campaigners fighting for an alleged "truth embargo" on the existence of aliens to be lifted.
Mr Friedman, although never witnessing a UFO himself, said he was convinced we are not alone.
He said: "There's an enormous amount of evidence from all over the world from respectable, responsible individuals whose testimony you'd accept about anything else.
"We're not alone and that bothers the heck out of some people, some religious people.
"Some of the fundamentalists have explained that the only place in the universe where there are thinking, communicating people is right here on Earth, and that this UFO stuff is the work of the devil.
"And that the Earth was created in 4004 BC.
"Sorry guys all those things are wrong."
He said the subject had been surprised through ridicule by agencies such as the CIA.
He said: "(This) was established by the Robertson Panel report done for the CIA back in 1953.
"They recommended the use of all the tools of propaganda, including Walt Disney and so forth, to persuade people that aliens are not visiting.
We're not alone and that bothers the heck out of some people, some religious people.
Stanton Friedman
"So there has been a concentrated effort on that."
But he believes although the authorities have tried to suppress the subject, more people are starting to break rank and talk.
He added: "I've certainly seen some evidence of more people being willing to talk - maybe because they are getting older, maybe because they watch television and recognise that they have friends who have had sightings."
He said an organisation called the National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP) also allowed pilots, who are fearful of losing their jobs if they go on record about UFOs, meant they could now anonymously log details of their sightings.
Mr Friedman added: "They've collected thousands of reports, and many of them we probably wouldn't have known about, as pilots have to worry about losing their jobs.
"I'm an optimist, I see things changing.
"I see people being much more willing to hold their heads up."
Conspiracy theorists claim the US Government is aware aliens have visited Earth, but have put in place a "truth embargo" to prevent it getting out to the public.
Disclosure activists, such as Steve Bassett, head of Paradigm Research Group, campaign for the embargo to be lifted.
Earlier we revealed how Mr Bassett believes that disclosure could be imminent after the CIA put thousands of formerly classified files, including stuff on UFOs, on its website.

SHOCK CLAIM: The Government will soon Reveal the TRUTH about ALIENS

THE US Government could soon crack and admit it has secretly been hiding evidence of alien visitations of Earth for the last 70 years, it has astonishingly been claimed.

Steve Bassett is fundraising to try to force the US Government to come clean about aliens.
The Paradigm Research Group (PRG), which campaigns to bring an end to an alleged "truth embargo" to keep the truth from the globe, believes there will soon be no going back for government insiders.
Steve Bassett, executive director of the group is the only registered lobbyist in the US on the issue of alien disclosure.
He is convinced that the shocking secret has been withheld amid fears of the impact it would have on religion and the rule of law since a flying saucer allegedly crashed in the New Mexico desert outside Roswell in 1947.
Mr Bassett is now seeking $50,000 to help fund the campaign to pressurise the White House to roll over and say "yes, we've deceived you for the last 70 years."
He has launched an End The Truth Embargo fundraising page on gofundme.com.
Mr Bassett says on the page: "This funding effort is in service to every citizen of every nation now convinced the world should not wait one more day for confirmation we are not alone is this universe.
"For 70 years this truth has been embargoed by your government.
"After 20 years of engagement of the issue, I know this embargo can end soon with your help."
He says the money will be used to set up a permanent office in Washington DC for PRG to "keep the pressure on the media to engage the politics of disclosure throughout 2017."
Mr Bassett said the cash would also all PRG to: "Seek professional speaker representation, make contact with officials in European countries, develop video media for use in the disclosure advocacy movement, built up the Exopolitics World Network and United States Network, and consolidate, redesign and update PRG's many websites and Facebook pages."
PRG was bouyed on May 28 when during an interview on CBS 60 Minutes billionaire space engineer, Robert Bigelow, remarkably revealed he believed there is an "extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race."
Mr Bassett said: "He spoke truth to power. He stated unequivocally there is an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. When asked if he was concerned what people might think of that statement, he replied, 'I don't give a damn.'
This funding campaign will ensure PRG can adjust to new strategies to ultimately bring the White House and the Pentagon to the table to work out the necessary understanding allowing disclosure.
Steve Bassett
"PRG salutes Mr Bigelow and asks, 'Who will join him?'
"This funding campaign will ensure PRG can adjust to new strategies to ultimately bring the White House and the Pentagon to the table to work out the necessary understanding allowing disclosure."
The funding campaign is being conducted in conjunction with Coast to Coast AM with George Noory - described as "the most listened to late night talk program in America." Coast to Coast AM has for the past 25 years provided a platform for researchers, activists, "alien contactees", and other UFO witnesses.
So far Mr Bassett has been pledged $6,123 of his target.
It comes after fellow disclosure activist Dr Steven Greer claimed US intelligence moles were trying to break open the truth but were concerned about what will happen to them.
However, sceptics argue that Mr Bassett and Dr Greer are simply conspiracy theorists, who have got it wrong, and no aliens have ever visited Earth.
Astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse-Tyson has dismissed the whole UFO/alien truth seeker community as having no credible evidence.
People like Mr DeGrasse-Tyson believe anyone who donated to the fund would be wasting their cash, as there is simply nothing to disclose as no aliens have ever been here.

Space Industry CEO ‘absolutely convinced’ About The Presence Of Aliens

Robert Bigelow thinks the truth is right there.

Robert Bigelow — real estate mogul and founder of the space habitat company Bigelow Aerospace — did an interview with 60 Minutes, in which he touted the strengths of the commercial space industry and how private companies would pave the way for people to live in space. He also said aliens have definitely visited Earth.

Lara Logan: Do you believe in aliens?
Robert Bigelow: I'm absolutely convinced. That's all there is to it.
Lara Logan: Do you also believe that UFOs have come to Earth?
Robert Bigelow: There has been and is an existing presence, an ET presence. And I spent millions and millions and millions -- I probably spent more as an individual than anybody else in the United States has ever spent on this subject.
Bigelow told 60 Minutes that he first became interested in aliens after his grandparents had a close encounter with a UFO outside Las Vegas once. “It really sped up and came right into their face and filled up the entire windshield of the car,” he said during the interview. “And it took off at a right angle and shot off into the distance.”
Admitting you believe in aliens is one thing, but Bigelow seems to be no less than a true Believer. He told 60 Minutes that he’s also had “close encounters” but wouldn’t divulge any specifics. And apparently, Bigelow owns a company that has been getting referrals from the FAA about reports of UFOs and other weird activity, 60 Minutes confirmed. In fact, his fascination with aliens is the reason there’s an alien illustration on the side of Bigelow Aerospace’s headquarters in Las Vegas.
Skeptical? That’s fine. He doesn’t care about the haters.
Lara Logan: Is it risky for you to say in public that you believe in UFOs and aliens?
Robert Bigelow: I don't give a damn. I don't care.
Lara Logan: You don't worry that some people will say, "Did you hear that guy, he sounds like he's crazy"?
Robert Bigelow: I don't care.
Lara Logan: Why not?
Robert Bigelow: It's not gonna make a difference. It's not gonna change reality of what I know.
Lara Logan: Do you imagine that in our space travels we will encounter other forms of intelligent life?
Robert Bigelow: You don't have to go anywhere.
Lara Logan: You can find it here? Where exactly?
Robert Bigelow: It's just like right under people's noses. Oh my gosh. Wow.
To be fair, if aliens are already living here, I guess it doesn’t really matter if you believe in them or not. They seem to be blending in just fine. Also, Bigelow’s belief doesn’t seem to have detracted much from his success. He told Logan he’s made enough from building long-stay rental apartments to support Bigelow Aerospace, which launched its first inflatable human-rated habitat last year. The module, known as the BEAM, is currently attached to the International Space Station. Meanwhile, Bigelow Aerospace is working toward making an even bigger space station called the B330, which the company wants to send to space as early as 2020. No word yet if aliens are secretly working on the technology.

Unexpected 'Arrival': Humanity's Not Ready for Aliens

The prospect of aliens visiting Earth has been percolating through human thought for decades, thanks to countless sci-fi books and movies. But it's still not clear how we would deal with the real thing.
Astronomers have drawn up a series of recommended actions to be taken after the detection of a signal from a faraway alien civilization, but it seems that no such effort has been made with regard to E.T.'s arrival here, said veteran alien hunter Seth Shostak.
"I don't know of any protocol if they land," said Shostak, a senior astronomer at the SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) Institute in Mountain View, California.
A still from the 2016 sci-fi film "Arrival.” In the movie, 12 alien spaceships land on Earth in different locations around the globe.

"I've never heard of any such thing, and I'd be surprised if there was one," Shostak told Space.com. "But who knows what's in the bowels of the Pentagon?"
The U.S. military devises an incredible array of contingency plans — the Pentagon mapped out an invasion of Canada in the 1920s and '30s, after all, as part of a hypothetical war with the United Kingdom — so it is indeed possible that some kind of alien-fighting blueprint is locked away in a filing cabinet in Washington, D.C.
However, if the new arrivals turn out to be hostile or predatory, even the most ingenious battle plan would almost certainly fail, Shostak said. Any extraterrestrial civilization capable of journeying from its own star system to Earth would be far more technologically advanced than humanity is, he noted.
"It would be like taking on the Roman legions with the U.S. Air Force," Shostak said.
Some thinkers have speculated that the nations of the world would come together to fight off this existential threat to human civilization, but Shostak isn't so sure.
"I just don't see it. Nothing else has ever prompted that kind of a reaction," he said. "Nuclear weaponry is an existential threat, too, and I haven't noticed a lot of worldwide thinking that, 'We've all got to get together and stop this.'"
International cooperation might be even more difficult in the event of a SETI detection, or the arrival of friendly aliens on Earth.
"There's immediately going to be competition — 'Well, these guys are in touch with the aliens. We've got to get in there. Who knows what sort of good stuff the aliens might be telling them?'" Shostak said.
It's not clear whether clearly established protocols could help smooth such potential trouble spots. Take the SETI-detection protocol, which basically instructs scientists to double-check the signal; tell other researchers and prominent organizations, such as the United Nations, of the discovery; and not broadcast a message back to E.T. without proper "international consultation." (You can read the full protocol here: http://www.seti.org/post-detection.html.)
"We know from experience — from what happens when there's a false alarm, like this Russian signal of a couple of months ago — what really happens is that the protocols aren't even looked at," Shostak said, referring to a possible detection apparently caused by an old Soviet military satellite. "Nobody cares. What really happens is the media start calling up the scientists."
The relatively muted reactions to SETI false alarms also provide a clue about how humanity would respond to a bona fide detection, Shostak said. In short, the odds of mass hysteria are pretty slim, he said.
"People aren't rioting in the streets" after false alarms, he said.
The arrival of alien spaceships on Earth would present a much more immediate potential threat than a SETI detection, of course. So how would humanity react to a possible invasion? We may just have to wait and see.

SETI & The Search for Extraterrestrial Life

The billions of stars in the night sky can give rise to the question, are we alone in the universe? The Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) seeks to answer that question by hunting for signs of advanced civilizations in the cosmos.
The term SETI can be applied in two ways. The first characterizes the quest itself, the search for other advanced lifeforms undertaken by people around the world. The SETI Institute, the second application, leads the charge in the pursuit of broadcasts from life beyond Earth.
The largest player in the hunt for advanced life beyond the solar system, the SETI Institute is made up of scientists, engineers, technicians, teachers, and other support staff. In 1988, NASA began funding a strategy to sweep all directions of the sky in the hunt for life. Observations began in 1992, on the 500th anniversary of Christopher Columbus' arrival in the New World. However, within a year, Congress terminated funding.
The SETI Institute then sought private funding to continue the hunt for advanced life in the universe. Donations from the enthusiastic public have helped continue the hunt for signals from other worlds. According to its website, the Institute has over 100 active projects, spanning astronomy and planetary sciences, chemical evolution, the origin of life and climate change.
Project Phoenix continued the targeted search initially instituted by NASA. The program carefully examined regions around a thousand nearby sun-like stars with the world's largest antennae.
In a joint project with the University of California, Berkeley, the Institute built 42 individual telescopes that function as a single massive instrument. The Allen Telescope Array, named for benefactor Paul Allen (co-founder of Microsoft), began observations in 2007. According to the SETI Institute, the array should allow scientists to examine as many as 1 million nearby stars in the next two decades.
Extraterrestrial life can be roughly grouped into two categories. The first is the broad classification of life itself, a process that includes microbial and other simple forms. Without civilization and technology, life cannot produce the advanced signals that travel across the galaxy. However, many scientists continue to investigate atmospheres and other characteristics of worlds both in and out of the solar system as part of the search for life beyond our planet.
The search for extraterrestrial intelligence looks beyond this broad category in an effort to find advanced civilizations. Most SETI searches focus on the hunt for radio or optical signals that can signify highly evolved alien life.
Because life on Earth arose within 100 million years after the planet was habitable, many scientists think that life should evolve on planets with the right characteristics. With billions of stars in the galaxy, each thought to host at least one planet, there are numerous opportunities for life to evolve. The wealth of planets revealed by NASA's Kepler space telescope have produced a slew of potentially habitable worlds for SETI scientists to target.
According to SETI Institute astronomer Seth Shostak, there are three ways to find life on other worlds. The first is to go and look, a process only feasible within the solar system. The second is by studying light from the planet to investigate its atmosphere, currently under way with instruments like NASA's Hubble Space Telescope. The third is to search for signals that could indicate intelligence.
"That's what SETI does," Shostak said in a broadcast.
Most SETI searches focus on radio signals, and most of these hunt for narrow-band signals, radio emissions that cover only a small portion of the radio spectrum. Natural objects blanket the spectrum with signals, so finding a signal that only dominated a small region would be suggestive of an artificial source.
Scientists also focus on optical searches for advanced civilizations. These hunts involve looking for very brief flashes of light that last only nanoseconds.
Messages from other worlds could be deliberately beamed or they could be accidental. Earth has been broadcasting signals since World War II, when radio communications became more common. SETI searches also look for intentional messages transmitted into space. More recently, the SETI hunt has begun to look for communications between two worlds along Earth's line of sight; messages beamed toward a planet or moon in the system could continue on toward Earth.
Whether or not humans would be capable of understanding the message is another story. If a civilization is deliberately beaming a message into space, they may seek to distill it to its simplest form. However, if the message is accidentally broadcast or is a message for another world, it is possible that scientists will never be able to decode it.
According to the SETI Institute, the signal will reveal a few things about the civilization producing it. Scientists will be able to pinpoint its origination, and changes can help determine how the planet is rotating and moving.
"But even though this information is limited, the detection of an alien intelligence will be an enormously big story," the SETI Institute said on its website.
"We'll be aware that we're neither alone nor the smartest thing in the universe."
Having found the signal, the institute envisions that enthusiasm on Earth will spur humans to build larger dishes more capable of receiving weak signals.
It is unlikely that Earth and an advanced civilization far from the sun will engage in much communication. That's because it can take years for a signal to travel from one planet to the other. The closest star, Alpha Centauri, is only 4.3 light-years away. If an advanced civilization exists on a (yet-unseen) planet around the star, it would take over eight years for a signal to travel from Earth to that world and back.
In addition to accidental broadcasts, Earth has sent a handful of messages into space. In 1974, a simple message was transmitted from Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico. Both NASA and Russia have since sent a handful of brief, deliberate signals into space since then, according to the SETI Institute.
When an interesting signal is detected, scientists must first verify it came from beyond Earth. By confirming observations with another radio telescope, they can make sure they have not picked up a human-created signal. Even if the original detector determines that the source didn’t come from Earth, additional instruments provide “duplication,” an important part of the scientific process.
"Once an artificial signal is confirmed as being of extraterrestrial intelligent origin, the discovery will be announced as quickly and as widely as possible," said the SETI Institute.
"There will be no secrecy, and indeed getting the word out quickly is important as there would be an urgent need to have astronomers world-wide monitor any detected signal 24 hour a day."
While the SETI Institute is easily the most well-known seeker of signs of advanced civilizations, they are not the only ones. The University of California, Berkeley has several SETI programs under way, including one using the Arecibo Observatory. Italy's University of Bologna also has a radio SETI search in progress. Both Berkeley and Harvard University in Boston have optical SETI searches in progress.
In a 2014 presentation to Congress, Shostak predicted that life would be found on worlds other than Earth in the near future.
"It's unproven whether there is any life beyond Earth," Shostak said. "I think that situation is going to change within everyone's lifetime in this room."
Even if no sign of an advanced civilization is found, the SETI Institute remains optimistic.
According to their website, "We are just scratching the surface of what a modern search can do. Failure to find a signal wouldn’t prove that we’re the only thinking beings in the Galaxy. After all, absence of evidence is not evidence of absence."
"The SETI Institute intends to press the search. Needless to say, the march of technology and new scientific discoveries will influence future SETI strategies. But giving up is not in the cards. Christopher Columbus did not turn around simply because he failed to find any new lands during his first few days at sea."

Aliens Have Been Discovered Living Here on EARTH

ALIEN communities have been established here on EARTH, and they are thriving, according to a story circulating among UFO conspiracists.

Aliens are living in communities on Earth, it has shockingly been claimed
The “beings” claim to be party of the so-called Pleiadan race - a mythological species of humanoid described in UFO circles as being Nordic or Scandanavian in appearance.
The biggest base, according to Inexplicata, the journal of Hispanic ufology, is just under 70 miles from mountainous Salta in north-west Argentina.
Local news outlets in Salta reported claims there are now about 30 of these communities in Argentina and further afield, where the occupants claim to have reached "the end of an evolutionary cycle".
Inexplicata reported: "Between the communities of Cachi and La Poma, along Route 40, can be found a "Pleiadan base" whose occupants claim to be the embodiment of extraterrestrial beings from some distant corner of the universe.
"Amid messages and entreaties to return to primitive simplicity, the residents claim having reached this northern Argentinean province to herald "the end of an evolutionary cycle".
The main "base" is allegedly remotely hidden away behind gates and down "meandering paths".
Inexplicata added: "The homestead, little more than hills and blocks, is hidden in the vegetation.
"Upon arrival, a bell dangling from a post allows visitors to make their presence known.”
There is little recorded material on the site, but in a recent interview, the "Pleiadans" welcomed a reporter with the following disconcerting statement: "We were expecting you. Our brothers of light told us you would be coming."
The reports in Salta said there was one other base in that province at Cafayate.
The Pleiadians are said to resemble beautiful humans, often Scandinavian in appearance
The Pleiadians are known as Nordic aliens and are humanoid-like aliens that come from the stellar systems surrounding the Pleiades stars. They are very concerned about Earth and our future
Scott C Waring
One version of the story was released with a picture of what looked like a museum waxwork figure, prompting people to call the whole thing an elaborate hoax.
But the myth of the Pleiadans being on Earth stretches much further than Argentia.
There are several websites devoted to the subject and even how you can tell them apart from humans.
They are said to come from the Pleiades, a star cluster around 400 light years away in the Taurus constellation which is only 150million years old.
Scott C Waring of ufosightingsdaoliy.com said the aliens were here to try to save us from our sleeves.
He said: "The Pleiadians are known as Nordic aliens and are humanoid-like aliens that come from the stellar systems surrounding the Pleiades stars.
"They are very concerned about Earth and our future.”
Some believers even argue both the Scandinavian and Native American races are actually descendants of the Pleiadians, said to have come from the planet Erra which orbits the star 10-Tauri or Taygeta.
"Scandinavian" and "darker-skinned" Pleiadians are tall, slim and beautiful looking, according to believers.
UFO legend has it that the Pleiadians themselves are descended from another older race of beings on a planet called Lyra in a galaxy outside the Milky Way.
